Great location and exceptional treatment in the heart of Berat

We stayed at the Master Hotel Berat and the experience was very satisfying. Its location is ideal, a few minutes from the historic center, allowing you to visit the main attractions of the city comfortably on foot.
The hotel offers many facilities such as free parking and free WiFi.
The rooms are spacious, clean and well equipped, with a cozy decor that makes the stay very pleasant. Everything was well maintained and in good condition.
Undoubtedly, one of the strengths is the treatment of the staff: very friendly, close and always willing to help with any need, which makes a difference.
Breakfast is served on a terrace with beautiful views of Berat, and features local produce, making it even more special.
As an aspect to improve, being in a central area there may be some noise at certain times, but nothing that ruins the stay.
In short, a highly recommended accommodation for its location, comfort and excellent value for money.

What a gem!!!!

We arrived in Berat with nowhere booked because we were worried about parking our hire car as parking’s at a premium here and a commodity. I had found this on Booking and it looked promising but I wanted to check parking before committing. They have reserved spaces right outside and if needs be, will move a car for you to have the space. The location is A1 perfect for everything. He carried our cases for us. No lift but minimal stairs as the rooms are 1st floor. There is a lovely front balcony/terrace overlooking the “1000 windows” where we had a massive, lovely breakfast, made with such care and attention. It’s a set breakfast of great fried eggs with runny yolks, the Wuny sausage, bread, cheese, heavenly tomatoes and cucumber, byrek, incredibly fresh fruit, tea (English breakfast)/coffee (americano/espresso) but you can request things too. We were brought an extra duvet even though the air con heats/cools really well. Room was big with a little table and chairs too. Private bathrooms. It’s a unesco building so the decor is really cute. He offered to book us a taxi to the castle when we wanted to go. The attention to detail was second to none. I travel a lot and I loved this place. I feel so lucky I found it and I wished I could have stayed longer. You won’t be disappointed.

This hotel was excellent. Words can’t describe how good it was. The family couldn’t do enough for you. The breakfast out on the balcony was fantastic

Very nice stay at this small beautiful decorated hotel in center of Berat. The staff was very helpful and served a nice breakfast with good coffee at their balcony with nice view. The owner offered to drive us to the busterminal when we left. All in all very recommendable. And btw please go to Osum canyon when you are I Berat. Extraordinary experience in Albania.

A lovely small hotel in the heart of the old city at the foot of the hill where the castle is. We only stayed one night but this is a beautiful city and a charming place to stay. Everything was spotless, and the family were really helpful. Breakfast on the balcony overlooking the river and old town was wonderful. Highly recommended and fantastic value.
