Our review of Quest Dandenong
Location of the facilities was good for us as it was not far from where we needed to be. Staff were very nice and easy to deal with. Room was comfortable.

Pleasant stay
Everything was fine however the role out bed was not the most comfortable mattress. The other bed was great though.

Upon arrival, Pauline at reception was a sweetheart and made a personally difficult trip much easier. Very kind and helpful. We had a 2-bedroom, 2 bathroom suite which was very large and very comfortable. The room was clean and stocked with some tea, coffee, sugar, salt and pepper. The full kitchen is perfect for long term stays. The only issue are the showers. Very odd design, one had no door at all and water would end up all over the floors. They should upgrade them immediately. Besides that, the location is very convenient to the hospital, shops, freeways.
Would recommend and we would return to this location.

Great place to stay with families. Recommend
Great place to stay with families and it’s close to shopping centre. The only problem was during Easter there was no room service, so our bedsheets was not changed for the four days we stayed there. We had to keep asking for extra towels as during shower water was in all the bathroom in the Otha bathroom. Would still stay there again if I had the chance to go to Melbourne again. Recommend
