The reception staff were incredibly helpful and welcoming.

Good place, but the breakfast wasn't much to be desired.
I can't even fault the service. The staff are friendly and professional and if I could give 4.5, I would. Overall, I will be back!

May I suggest a quiet nook is created in a corner for this gentleman? Perhaps there needs to be is explicit signage that face to face conversations are welcome, FaceTime calls aren’t.

Thank you for taking the time to share your feedback, and for your kind comments about our restaurant. I was delighted to hear that you enjoyed your meals with us and found our team welcoming, with prompt and friendly service.
It was also a pleasure meeting you personally following the incident during breakfast. Once again, I sincerely apologise for the behaviour of the other guest and for the distress it caused you. No one should feel uncomfortable or intimidated while enjoying a meal with us.
As discussed, whilst we cannot control the actions of individual guests, we do expect everyone to treat others with courtesy and respect. Please be assured that the next time we see the guest concerned, we will be raising this matter with him and reinforcing our expectations regarding respectful behaviour towards fellow patrons.

I'm very sorry to learn that your stay did not meet your expectations. It is disappointing to read that you were unhappy with the room size, parking arrangements, dining experience and overall design of the hotel.
TRIBE is intentionally designed as a boutique, design-led hotel, with compact, efficiently planned rooms that maximise functionality. We understand, however, that this style of accommodation is not suited to everyone's preferences, and we're sorry it wasn't the experience you were hoping for.
I also regret your experience with parking and the challenges you faced accessing the hotel. Our onsite parking is limited and we recognise that alternative parking options can be inconvenient, particularly after dark. Your feedback has been noted as we continue to review the overall guest experience.
