Great for travel with dogs

Great place to stay when travelling with pets. This was the 4th time staying here whilst driving between Cairns and Brisbane and we will keep coming back. The staff are always lovely and accomodating and the room are always clean, with plenty of room for our big dog to relax.

Firstly, we mainly booked because there is a restaurant on site. Upon arrival, we were told it was pre order unless the restaurant was actually open. No real big deal.
Everything is very dated, and hot water was only just tepid.
At the end of the day, it was just a bed for the night, and will stay elsewhere IF we were to stop in Rocky again.

Older type motel. Staff very good. Spacious rooms.very basic facilities. Dining in is okay and no complaints. I would consider staying again

Crap

Don’t stay here! The rooms were dirty, the cupboard doors, shower doors were broken. It was smelly and the bedspread had cigarette burns in it. We didn’t feel safe and couldn’t sleep with the noisy neighbours at all hours of the night.
