My time here was amazing! The rooms were lovely and the people were very kind and accommodating. The breakfast was also so delicious and nice!

Okay for one night, a little dated

The pictures are a bit deceiving...
The rooms are already a bit dated and there are unfortunately carpets everywhere and the rooms are very noisy.
For one night, of course, perfectly fine, but nothing more.
Breakfast service was a bit overwhelmed with number of guests (juice glasses, egg cups ran out, juice was not refilled for a long time, sausage and cheese plates were a long time coming,...)

had a great time!

This was a great experience! It was very clean and comfortable, we had a very restful stay. We enjoyed a nice deck outside our room. Had a fantastic breakfast, with very good service.

the lack of respect witnessed by the blatant lack of cleanliness has ruined our stay

the cleanliness was bad, I would say incredibly bad for a 4 star hotel in Austria. we arrived and found the room clean and tidy, except for the stained carpet... A little too much, actually. And so far in the norm. after that in the following days, having used the cups available for coffee, we found them dirty on our return! but the most serious, I would say offensive, is in having found the BEDS NOT MADE! the roll of toilet paper, finished and not replaced... I guess consequently that even the cleaning of the carpet, since not clearly visible, had not been performed. we received a treatment from dirty 1-star pension near the stations! while we were there we immediately wrote to the hotel manager but we did not receive a response, nor was it possible to speak to us in the morning when we left the hotel, because she was not found!!! despite her presence was expected, as the receptionist had told us the night before. the money, however, wanted it just arrived and we stupidly paid first! The great cleanliness and hospitality of Austria are at sunset??? after about 30 years that we go to Austria, I would say yes. never happened before.
