Rude woman at the counter

The woman at the desk is very rude, the young man was super friendly but that woman pff should not be allowed to work in a hotel. on the room nothing to criticize this was fine I came here several times never had a problem now she accused me of smoking in the room have never done this even at night when I woke up to smoke, she also would not listen to me ,

WORST PENSION I HAVE DONE!!

Super false photos, we happen to have nothing with the photos that are put on the website the Pension must be completely renovated we had to change 3x room because there was always a problem, 1st room filled with mold we changed rooms to finally be in a room without light he said he was going to come by to check it never passed we could not see the person in charge to complain nor have compensation!! I strongly advise against it!! Very poor hygiene

Disappointed

Not convinced this is a four star hotel. 3 at the very most. The size of our room was very good but the amenities very basic. Not very many staff around.The location however is spot on right close to the opera, easy to get into the old town. Trams and buses on the door step.

Great location and super nice front desk team. I suggest they offer disposable slippers since the floor can be very cold during winter.
