We would come back anytime if the offer fits.

Great hotel with a nice roof terrace and restaurant. The view from the room from the 22nd. Floor for example on the Atomium was nice.

Parking was around the block and expensive, but that is to be expected from a capital city. Avoid coming by car.

Courteous staff

The hotel is in a CBD business neighbourhood yet close to the city centre and popular attractions that you can reach in 10-15 minutes. The north station provides direct trains for day trip to Bruges, Ghent etc. A benefit was you would always get place on train to sit considering trains stop at North first and then at popular touristy central/south station.
The staff at the front desk were always nice, chatty and courteous - something you see very rarely in Europe hotels. They had a porter (Joe) who was very kind. Again a rare experience in Europe hotels.
The rooms were of decent size (considering business hotel), but were clean and new. The rooftop bar had amazing views of the city.
Overall I would definitely recommend this hotel.

Worse customer experience

Disappointing. My wife booked a suite for my birthday and honestly we are far from our experience of the chain in NY. The room was 17 degrees, television not working, glasses in the kitchen dirty and no towel. Reception not answering. Milk and body cream outdated… we had a discussion in the morning with the manager, she was very concerned and offered us a meal for 2. When we left she forgot, we gave our email and since no news… Just not the level of service expected! Worse customer experience ever
