Excellent service. Excellent feeding options and quality. Perfect morning coffee, the tapioqueira score 10. I was very well served by the team in all sectors: Reception, coffee, lunch, dinner and room cleaning. Returning to Chapecó, I will definitely stay at the ibis

HOTEL IN THE STANDARD IBIS, CAFÉ DA BRINDÀ LEAVE TO WANT
The hotel (room) is within the standard Ibis. However, breakfast leaves much to be desired. Bad fruits and with only two types (mamma and raspberry), bad breads and conditioned in a "greenery". Inappropriate. Orange juice was not natural. Anyway, very bad coffee!

Reception 10, kitchen 0.
Excellent reception staff especially the Vitor of Colombia. But the breakfast is awful. I arrived around 7:45 and the coffee was blank, no past coffee, eggs, water and no dishes. The extremely stupid employees and one came to kick my coffee from the machine. Poor kitchen staff, you can fire everyone who's gonna be the best.

Great hotel
Accommodating, excellent morning coffee, cordial reception! Well clean bed linen and various options in the restaurant! I recommend this hotel for those who are in doubt!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! Soon I will stay again at the Ibis de Chapeco! A hug!
