Great Value and Charming Surroundings
My wife and I stopped in Cormack to break up the trip between L'anse aux Meadows and Fogo Island. It was a happy happenstance that we stayed at Rocky Brook Cabins. We were assigned one of the war bride units. Our rooms were not large, but well put together and very clean. We had use of everything that we needed including a small kitchen.
Behind the Cabins there is a running brook, small waterfall and swimming area. Sitting there at the end of the day was just great.

Cheap and AMAZING
Stopped in, paid for a room and we’re delighted to find a spacious suite with kitchen, 2 bedrooms, large bathroom and sitting area . We were impressed with EVERYTHING . Beautiful suites, cute bunnies , great trails , very clean and very friendly owner. We would love to come back for a longer stay !

What an experience
First and foremost, if I could rate it any higher than 5 I would.
The cabins and grounds - the cabins themselves are in immaculate condition. Includes everything you would need all you have to do is bring your groceries. I do however bringing a power bar or multi plug if
you are a connected family or person. Beds are very comfortable, comfortable living room. Well equipped kitchen and dining room. Large bathroom. All styled with modern amenities and furnishings.
The grounds are meticulously maintained. Ample parking. Several fire pits that are stocked with wood, located through out the property (my favorite being the one located behind Cabins 9A and 9B right on the river bank) there is a swimming area which is well maintained, features a waterfall, bridge, both deep and shallow areas for both the experienced swimmers and those just starting out, or small children.
*Winter memo - access to groomed trails for ATV and Snow machine is available*
The staff are phenomenal with what they do. Housekeeping staff are on top of their game all the time. Always available for what ever you need.
The owners Andy and Rose are literally good as gold. They both are hard working individuals. They are on site everyday and they make you feel like a friend rather than someone who's just giving them money.
10/10 recommend Rocky Brook Cabins.

Home away from home
My husband and I recently had the pleasure of staying at Rocky Brook Cabins in NL. We cannot emphasize enough how amazing the entire experience was!
The staff were knowledgeable, accommodating, hospitable and pleasant. The accommodations were conveniently located, clean and family oriented.
We would highly recommend Rocky Brook Cabins to families or just couples.

Stumbled upon this gem!
We were looking for reasonable accommodation in deer lake for a 6 am flight out. We happened to drive by this place after checking out the brewery (on same road). We wish we had fount these cabins sooner! They are well equipped and clean. The layout was a little “unique” but this may be due to renovation. The grounds and yard are so nice and it would have been wonderful to sit out there and enjoy it more!
