Cancellation of the reservation by the accommodation.

Very disappointed with my experience with this accommodation. I had booked and paid for my overnight stay via a travel app, and I received a reservation confirmation in due form. However, 22 hours later, I received a message from the accommodation announcing the cancellation of my reservation "at my request" — a request I never made. This unilateral and unjustified cancellation caused me unnecessary stress and complications in finding other accommodation. I do not recommend this establishment, which seems to cancel reservations without properly informing the guests.

Nous tenons toutefois à préciser que nous vous avons bien contacté avant de procéder à l'annulation, en utilisant la messagerie de la plateforme avec laquelle vous aviez effectué votre réservation. Malheureusement, une erreur de notre système a entraîné un double booking, une situation qui était entièrement involontaire de notre part.
L'annulation n'a jamais été faite de gaieté de cœur. Dès que nous avons constaté l'erreur, nous avons communiqué avec vous le plus rapidement possible afin de vous en informer. Nous comprenons que cela ait pu vous causer du stress et nous vous présentons nos plus sincères excuses.
L'erreur est humaine, et bien que ce type de situation soit extrêmement rare chez nous, nous avons pris les mesures nécessaires pour éviter qu'elle ne se reproduise.
Nous vous remercions de votre compréhension et sommes encore une fois désolés des inconvénients occasionnés.

The kamooks (igloo) are nice but....

Not very clean and some malfunctions, front door are the detachment frame, frosted refrigerator with the flap door falling, dirty when going up in the rooms, but good comfortable beds with views of the stars, equipped kitchen, small living room and bathroom with space...the manager offered us to change a yurt by a komook, because it was too hot for a small surplus....because there is air conditioning...
Must be really nice in the winter.
The site is recent is still under construction it seems, it is not too wild or in the forest as one might imagine....

Instructions how to use the heater would have avoided a very chilly night with only one blanket.

We arrived at 10:30 at night and we couldn’t get into our Yurt. They said that there wouldn’t be anyone on site but not to worry because the door would be unlocked with the keys inside. That was not the case and we have no reception so we couldn’t contact anyone, we called the number as soon as we got reception and of course with the time no one answered but we left a message
We were forced to go back to Chicoutimi to get two hotel rooms which cost almost 100$ more than we paid for the yurt plus all the travel for nothing. We are hoping to be reimbursed and compensated for the extras we needed to pay at the last second.
