1 酒店名字和网上订的名字不一样
2 订的双床房，给我一间房里只有一张床，另一张“床”是由两个沙发拼成的，我问老板娘这是床吗都没有床垫，老板娘还说是，有床垫，真是睁着眼睛说瞎话，铺个床单啥的就是床了吗？旅游旺季多挣这点钱也没必要欺骗自己吧？真是逆天
3 环境卫生：桌子也没擦干净，都不用摸，眼看就有油！地上也是一些碎屑
4 服务态度：漏了东西，之前加了酒店的微信，打微信电话发信息过去不接也不回，打了携程上的电话不接，打高德地图上的电话也不接，不知道是不是故意屏蔽我的电话，换了另外一个手机号就接了，接了叫前台那个男生帮我找找，一股懒洋洋敷衍的态度，说等打扫阿姨来，等了十几分钟，我也说了具体丢的位置了，也不能去看看吗？丢了说让你回来拿不会帮你寄，这个前台根本不管你什么情绪，态度非常懒散，一副别找我事的感觉！不知道老板娘 有没有培训过，服务态度简直太差了！
在新疆旅游了那么久，还是记得这么清楚，体验感真的很不好！
