Enjoy your stay
Our stay was very good, with a team listening. There is good hot water with pressure for the shower, a delicious breakfast with the nearby coffee. The hotel offers standard rooms and suites.

Have a nice stay!
It was a good stay, a professional team, beautiful common areas with beautiful murals. Everything is perfectly decorated, the view of the city is superb from the rooftop.

Attention
This has certainly been the worst hotel I have stayed in in my entire life.
I have been travelling by plane for over 20 years and have made hundreds of trips in different countries and continents. Never before have I come across such an unpleasant, arrogant and rude level of care.
The treatment by the staff was unacceptable, lacking professionalism and respect. In addition, I felt cheated, which is even more serious being a hotel that stands and promotes itself as a high-end establishment.
To those considering staying here, I recommend that you take great care and be attentive to any details.
A deeply disappointing experience and a far cry from any standard you would expect from such a place.

Excellent hotel
It is an excellent hotel, for its location close to the means of transport it is easy to stay, the staff is very good and everyone is very friendly. Rooms are super comfortable and breakfast is varied and delicious with excellent presentation
