The beach is just a 5-minute walk from the apartment, and the old town is only 10 minutes away. The room was very nice, with a large, comfortable bed and air conditioning. The owner was incredibly helpful and kind – after check-out, we were allowed to leave our luggage and even take a shower before leaving. Highly recommended!

Super host, modern rooms, great location
Wifi connection was not that strong. It dropped off some times.
Location was hard to find and the apartment was located in the 2nd floor of a usual residential building. Anyway the host came down to meet us once we called. So it was not a big issue for us.
All in all a good value for money based on our experience.

Hidden Gem in Split
It's not your standard hotel, but the personal, more intimate location is perfect - they put in a tremendous amount of effort, starting with your check-in experience, all the way through making breakfast suited to your dietary needs (just ask beforehand!), offering sightseeing suggestions or local recommendations for food/excursions to even offering you a discounted ride back to the airport!
The hotel is a 5 minute walk from the beach and another 5 minutes in the other direction, for the old town. You'll also find it close to all of the tour offices and pick-up points for excursions, so you won't need to travel far.
One thing to note; there are 3 rooms next to each other, and be aware that the walls are paper thin - you can almost hear word-for-word conversations and any other...noises.
I'd be happy to return to Croatia just to come here again, a personal thank you from us!
