A friendly, welcoming stay!

We had a lovely welcome at the Three Storks Hotel when we checked in and were offered a complimentary welcome drink.
Our room was very comfortable and well serviced by the friendly staff.
Breakfast buffet had a wide range of choice and we were greeted again by the staff who welcomed us each day.
The location is excellent as it is only a few minutes walk from lovely bars and restaurants, as well as tram services which are regular and inexpensive.
Charles Bridge and the busy old town are walkable and it is lovely to return to the quieter are for a cold beer.
An excellent 3 night stay!

I loved this hotel. My daughter and I were greeted warmly, and offered a free welcome drink. A sweet employee carried our bags to our room. They were heavy and he was cheerful about it. Our room was spacious--we each had our own bedroom, at a reasonable price. Staff cleaned the room daily. The free breakfast was great. The location was central in busy, touristy Mala Strana, but the hotel was tucked back in a courtyard in such a way that it felt peaceful. I will stay here again!

The staff was so wonderful. We were greeted with prosecco and baked goods. The room was beautiful and had a complementary bottle of wine waiting for us. The complementary breakfast was the best I have ever had! Highly recommend this place!

Loved our stay! The location, the room, the breakfast...we felt very welcome by Giuseppe and all the breakfast staff. Thank you, we will be back.
PS: Is it possible that the TV had no Czech chanels? Or we could not find any. I won't be able to stay there with my elderly parents! lol

+ Wonderful location in the Old town and close to Karls bridge
+ Good parking service
+ A cozy hotel that combines the picturesque and the modern
+ You could sense that the staff really cared about making sure you felt comfortable and happy.
- Not so much about training
I will book this hotel next time I come to Prag
