Unpretentious, welcoming.
Stop in Arles on the way to the Basque Country, we stayed two nights in this hotel whose location we appreciated near the bypass junction and 1 km from the historic center, convenient for us having a car. Room on the second floor without an elevator, with free on-site parking, medium-sized but without a real closet, clean bathroom but without three-star amenities having only a universal soap, quiet and effective air conditioning, a bit dated kettle. In general, the room would need a modernization. The staff is exceptional and saves the rating: friendly, smiling, and ready to satisfy our needs. Complete breakfast with made-to-order crepes. The cost is very low and for a 1-2 night stay it is recommended.

The staff was very friendly and helpful. Always made sure to answer my questions and give useful information.
Regarding the rooms, they were mostly clean and in good condition, however, the A/C didn't seem to work and neither did the bathroom extractor fan.
The hotel is well connected, at 25 minutes walking from Downtown Arles. The free parking is very useful if you're planning on renting a car and driving to neighboring towns.

Super Hotel!!!!
Super welcome, I arrived by bike I was very well received, the team c is perfectly adapted to special requests. The rooms are very good as well as breakfast. top!!

STAY CLEAR
Booked here for a week. Stayed one night during which I booked somewhere else for the following days. Nothing like what you're led to believe. Needs a considerable update.
Room was very small and dirty, and the smell was horrendous. One plastic chair even though two ofyouare staying. Mind, it would have been hard to fit another plastic chair in there.
Location is a lot further from centre than suggested.
However, one plus is that the number2 bus is just around the corner and takes you straight into Arles.
Arles is stunning and definitely worth a visit. Just not from this hotel
