Everyone working there was extremely kind and helpful! Good water pressure in the shower and a comfortable bed. Everything you need for a quick stop over and visiting Epernay. Extra lovely that they welcome dogs, there is also a rather large grass area for your dog to calmly use the toilet :) The breakfast was helpful and nice for a low cost. Thank you!

Nice and clean, and a friendly and helpful staff, but the breakfast only had sweet food. Some cheese could have been nice.

I recommend it.

Very friendly staff. Very clean rooms. The bed is a bit firm. Reasonable price. Secure parking.

Lack of cleanliness

We booked the hotel for one night as a stopover. For the price, we had no high expectations, but unfortunately, we were still disappointed. In the bathroom, there were several hairs scattered on the floor, sink, and shower. Two of the beds had proper comforters. On the third bed, there was a kind of red bedspread. From the reception, I then learned that this is supposed to be the third. comforter. When my son wanted to cover himself with it, dirt fell out. It was a mix of parts from the comforter and unidentifiable material.

The staff was wonderful and kind, the hotel is clean and quiet, BUT THEY ARE USING THE HOTEL TO HOME HOMELESS RUFFIANS...
Not very pleasant to have to go through them smoking and drinking in the front door of the property.
It's a pity to see the poor staff dealing with this situation...
