Excellent little family run hotel

We stayed for two nights to take in the tour de France in July 2019. This is an excellent little hotel with very friendly owners and staff.
We had a large room on the top floor (not fully accessible as there is a half landing beyond the lift) which looked out to the back of the hotel. Lovely bathroom.
Breakfast was very good - a lovely selection of bio jams, great bread and croissants, local cheese, cold meats, yoghurt, cereals and juices. Very good indeed. So much so that we were too full for our planned lunch from the fabulous boulangerie round the corner!
The breakfast room is light and sunny - with a grand view down the street. (Which was particularly good for watching the Tour preparations as it was coming right outside).
Lovely swimming pool (but a bit cold!). jGood on site parking.
Would certainly stay here again if we were in the area. Very highly recommended.

Unexpected surprise

We had to stop here unexpectedly on a motorbike holiday due to severely bad weather and as we were just out of season managed to get rooms. The owners were wonderful and helped dry out our clothes, they even provided newspaper for wet boots. There is also secure off-road parking behind the hotel for the bikes.
The room was really nice with good shower, which was very welcome. After a decent breakfast we were loath to move on and would have happily lounged around the town. But the weather had improved so we motored on.
Thinking of going back to visit the area in better weather as the welcome in the hotel was so good.

Great Value for Money

The hotel has been recently refurbished and is managed by the owners who are very charming and helpful. Our room was extremely clean having all the necessary things to guarantee a good stay. Breakfast was tipical french: not great but usual for France. Last year we stayed at Michael Bras, a very luxurious but very expensive and a bit cold place. We found Hotel Regis to be a much better value for money!!! It was quite too in spite of being on th e main road

Pleasant surprise

We had booked two rooms in another hotel of Laguiole three months earlier. For some unknown reasons, this reservation was canceled the night before our arrival. Fortunately we were able to find two rooms at the Hotel Regis.
That was a pleasant surprise: the gentleman at the reception was very friendly and welcoming. The rooms were quiet and very clean. A great experience overall!

Séjour reposant

Nous avons eu la chance de bénéficier de la suite au premier étage , très spacieuse , jolie déco, très calme . Hôtel bien situé dans le centre , près de toutes les commodités.un séjour très agréable .
