Lovely overnight stay

We stayed in this guesthouse as a stopover on a trip to a campsite in the Czech Republic. It was great! We had a nice room with lovely beds. Breakfast was very good. The owner was very friendly. In short, highly recommended!

Best accommodation on our trip through 5 countries on MC, from Sweden to Budapest and home again.

Wonderful large garden on a slope with a pond and a small waterfall, with two ducks in the pond and a nice view. The garden was filled with beautiful flowers, trees and of course cherry trees that were now ripe!
The room and the breakfast were also very satisfying, highly recommended!

a short trip with added value

Pure holiday feeling, a garden that has been lovingly designed, fresh eggs from our own chickens, fresh fruit and a delicious breakfast.
We used the holiday apartment and there were two of us and we found the space sufficient. Unfortunately, other holidaymakers are not considerate of noise levels at night and nicotine consumption... this is something that must be observed in summer.
Ms Brauer and her team are simply great!

Lovely B&B outside Dresden

Our family (3 adults and 3 children) recently stayed at the Pension am Kirschberg on a trip where we visited both Dresden and Koenigstein. My mother stayed there on a previous trip in 2017 and enjoyed it so much, we booked it for 2018! I cannot say enough wonderful things about our experience. The pension building was constructed to serve as a B&B, so the layout and amenities are organized specifically for the comfort of guests. The location is about 15 minutes outside downtown Dresden in a single family home-type neighborhood. After turning onto the lane where the pension is located, there were about 10 reserved parking spaces on the property, so that was no problem whatsoever. We were greeted personally by the owner at check-in, and given our keys. We had one room with a queen-size bed (bathroom ensuite) and our second room had 4 twin beds (bathroom ensuite). Since it has been a particularly hot summer in Europe, we were provided with fans in our rooms and - along with the windows propped open - the temperature was very comfortable. Linens, amenities, and furnishing were perfect for our needs. The breakfast in the morning was amazing - and very affordable! Many of the featured items were from the orchard or garden at the property. Fresh, delicious, and plentiful. Outside the building is a large patio area with tables, chairs and loungers, so families can enjoy fresh air (and beverages) long into the evenings. For the convenience of guests, there is a "self-serve" cooler inside that is stocked with beers, waters, and soft drinks - we just told the owner what we took out and it was added to our bill at check-out. When we return to Dresden, we will definitely stay there again!

good choice

Our family were very happy that we had chosen this pension for an overnight stay. We would be happy to stay at this place again. Everything was absolutely perfect beginning with check-in and finishing with breakfast.
