Wish we could give a 10 star rating. This is what great hospitaly and customer interaction looks like!

Reiner and Suna Henn are both a great example of how excellent hospitality and customer care looks like! Warm hearted and really nice owners that go the extra mile to make our stay most comfortable. What a view and great qualiy at breakfast. And excellent ship connectivity to Einrur or Schwammenauel. Thank youvery much for making our stay pleasant and memoreable.

Fantastic stay!

We spent 3 days here enjoying the great service, the spotless rooms, the excellent breakfast and the friendliness of the staff! This hotel/B&B is really great! Good beds, well-equipped room/bathroom and beautiful views from the room! It was also nice to have a terrace with chairs and table and our dog was also more than welcome! Great stay!! Oh yeah, almost forgot, in the lounge at the entrance you can use free coffee and tea and delicious pastries.

Great relaxing stay

Seldom found such a nice hotel: friendly staff, great rooms with a fantastic view of the Rursee, great breakfast, free coffee and tea at any time. Beautiful winter garden for breakfast and coffee with a lavish selection of cakes and tarts.

Nicely located, but quite expensive - and lonely in the evening

The room is actually for 3 people, so it's very spacious with a balcony and a wonderful view of the lake.
The breakfast is correct.
The service is rather minimalist, even when checking in.
204 euros per night is excessive for a place where you really can't do anything in the evening (without a car).

This is wing Commander Krupakaran visiting Aachen almost every year except for the pandemic period and every time come over to Cafe Inn with family to lunch.
The ambience, professionalism by the staff serving the patrons with an enchanting countenance to ensure patrons are more than served to enjoy their meal is a singular event.
The quality of food -be it the salad, crème of the waffles, cakes, tomato soup, or dishes are all so good that not even a crumb is left out. Mom is so particular on taste, quality and presentation is
So happy and enjoyed it the first time and every time.
Yes, Service with smile, makes it more enticing.
