This is a disaster hotel
I'm here two nights, very clairvoyant, I didn't turn a blind eye. The hotel lights are on all night.
Roller blinds are not available.
In the bathroom there is no heating, showers in the cold is not possible at all.
I haven't seen the hotel owner.
For the money I expected something different from the photos.
Never again, not recommended.

Better to stay in a tent or in a car than here
A star, but only because you can't award zero stars.
As a trained hotel professional, I haven't seen anything like this.
Booked was a double room. We got a double room for single use and this even though on the one hand we informed several times in advance of our arrival time and on the other hand have pointed out several times after arrival missing bed linen and towels.
When it finally became too stupid for us at 9pm, we received an “apology” from the OWNER at the reception, which I have never heard before.
Mistakes would happen and there would be “a lot to do”.
For me, no suitable excuse for not providing service.
When we wanted our money back for the room, as we wanted to leave early (which we ultimately did), we were asked where the problem was and he would bring us the linen now.
Also on request if I could please read the terms and conditions, I got the patchy answer that I should pick them myself at booking.com.
But we had not booked through booking.com.
Likewise, the invoice issued is defective.
We'll hire a lawyer here and take further steps.
I would love to write so much more as I am really shocked at how we have been treated as guests and I want to save everyone from having the same bad and disrespectful experiences.
In short, if you book here, you throw your money out the window.

The only good thing here is the location: nice and central and you have it not far to an alternative accommodation.

Ended in nightmare and slander
I rented number 17 for two nights at the end of October and then asked, because I was looking for an apartment in Walsrode, whether I could rent a room long-term until I found a suitable apartment. I was given number 16, a small room with just enough room for a bed and a chair, a small shower where the drain smelled penetratingly for the entire stay. On the second morning I was taken by surprise; they were looking for a defect in the sewage system. The drain "smelled" strongly until I moved out in April, possibly also a health risk. Massive noise pollution at night from drunken room neighbors, renovation of neighboring rooms on Sundays, fireworks at night outside of New Year's Eve directly under the room. I paid 600.- per month for two months, then 500.-. Did not receive an invoice despite repeated requests until April, then I requested receipts in writing, with a copy to the city of Walsrode and the district administrator. My locked, valuable bicycle was stolen from the hotel courtyard. The hotelier threatened me that if I didn't "keep quiet" about the bills, I would be thrown out of the hotel. In April, I had already paid for half a month, and the hotelier then slipped notes under the door with slanderous statements telling me to leave the hotel next Wednesday. I had Corona in December and had to spend the isolation in the hotel room. No help when I asked for food to be warmed up in the restaurant kitchen. I was given two cheeseburgers as a gift, which were brought to my room. Then the hotelier complained that it smelled of food. I myself complained about the horrible, repeated smell of cannabis in the hallways, once from a hotel guest, several times apparently from the operator in the apartment below. On the Saturday before I was to move out, the following Wednesday, the police suddenly appeared at the hotel door and said I had to leave, that I was banned from the premises, that they felt threatened. I have a serious heart condition and was seriously affected by Corona with shortness of breath and emergency medical calls. It is impossible for me to threaten anyone and as a former police officer on early retirement, that is not an option for me to resolve conflicts. Then the hotelier told the police that I had to leave on Monday. Because I said that, as a patient with a heart condition, I needed alternative accommodation, which I would not be able to get until Tuesday, the hotelier had the police throw me out of the hotel immediately, handcuffed. On Saturday I stood on the street with no underwear under my quickly pulled-on trousers, in a short-sleeved shirt, without medication, without a special mattress, traumatized and suffering from panic attacks. The Protestant church then provided accommodation for two nights. I have filed criminal charges against the hotelier; Afghan businesspeople and former migrants must also abide by our laws and rules, such as paying taxes and refraining from criminal offenses such as slander, defamation or false accusation.

Zum Übernachten geht's. Sehr hellhörige Zimmer, Sauberkeit nur befriedigend . Schlechte Isolierung bzw Dämmung. Kein Frühstücksangebot. Service nicht gut. Keine tägliche Reinigung. Gibt bessere Hotels für den Preis.
