Fantastic staff. Spesially Lia and her mother and staff in the restaurant. The meals were excellent with great variety. Dobbeltrom was a bit small in the old part of the hotel.

Absolutely fantastic hotel 5 star

What a fantastic hotel. 5 stars. I cannot understand the bad reviews about this fantastic hotel. It's super clean, modern, luxurious and above all brand new. We stayed in the breeze part of the hotel which was only just built. We stayed in a swim up suite. Beautiful room. Everything you need including a fridge and freezer for drinks etc. Aircon. WiFi. Swim up pool. Extremely modern and luxurious with a 55" Smart TV with Satellite. Wet room. Separate toilet. Staff absolutely fantastic. Maria is lovely and helpful on the desk. The technician who helped us with the safe very nice. All the waiting staff at breakfast and dinner lovely. The food is excellent with plenty of choices. Bar excellent. The whole hotel is fabulous. Only negative is that it's a little far out but only a few mins walk to Kos and Lambi. I cannot fault it. Some people just like to moan on reviews. If you book the cheap rooms at a super cheap rate and don't read reviews then that's your fault. Do your due diligence like I did. No kids messing about. No teenage kids. I've been all over the world and I would come back here no problem.

Amazing

Absolutely amazing stay, from the get-go.
Stayed at the same hotel 27/28 years ago and loved it back then and even more so now.
Just like to shout out to the staff who really go out of their way to make your stay really special, making special memories.
Kristina, our cupcake on reception is so friendly,Maria, on reception with a welcoming smile( kallimera), Lilia (always smiling at the bar), Manolis ( George Clooney serving the best drinks), Maria and Katerina in the resturant, such lovely friendly ladies, along with Michalis and all the lads who work so hard in the resturant
Hats off to all the chefs .The food was amazing in the restaurant.
We only ate once at the pool bar as we had a swim up pool, but the food and service were fabulous
Our rooms were always spotlessly clean by the lovely smiling housekeepers
You are all amazing at this hotel . We will definitely be back again.

Careful – absolutely dubious room ploy!

Upon our arrival we were taken to another room without any explanation. Only through a randomly found note did we learn that our booked room allegedly had “technical problems”. The next morning we were told we had booked a “best price room” – a basement room under the pool, without balcony and in no way comparable to the category we had actually booked.
The receptionist Maria was always friendly, but it was clearly noticeable that there was a conscious method behind it: Guests are put in a better room and then pressured to pay extra for the room or category they booked. Card payment was refused and a receipt was only issued after repeated inquiries.
Other guests were also affected – for us this seems like a systematic approach.
Very clear warning: This hotel operates with questionable practices and we cannot recommend it to anyone.

Beware – absolutely unworthy and deceptive practices!

We booked through a large German tour operator and were nevertheless massively disappointed. Upon our arrival late at night, we were taken to a junior suite without comment – without any indication that this room was only meant to be a “temporary solution”. Only in the documents we found ourselves in the room was there a handwritten indication that our booked room allegedly had “technical problems”.
The next morning we were told that we had supposedly booked a “best price room” – a room that does not even exist on the website, is under the pool, has only a basement window, no balcony and a room height of about 1.85 m. A category that no one would book voluntarily.
We were offered to stay in the Junior Suite for €450 or move to the normal room we had actually booked for €240. A card payment was refused – only cash was accepted. We only received the receipt after multiple requests on the last day of holiday.
We felt extremely betrayed and experienced the scam as absolutely dubious and systematic. Other guests also seemed to be affected by the same method.
Fortunately, we were able to report the incident to our travel agent – nevertheless, this procedure has massively spoiled the start of our holiday. Clearly for us: This hotel uses unfair methods to push guests into more expensive rooms.
We can only urgently warn against booking this hotel.
