Ask for more information when checking in. If you travel by car, there’s a free parking zone. If you travel by car, there’s a parking zone. You won’t be bored as at the hotel you will find a library. If you want to make your journey even more comfortable, you can order a transfer. There are other services available for the guests of the hotel. For example, car rental. The staff of the hotel will be happy to talk to you in English and French.

It's cute but no more
When I arrived, I was given a bottle of water and led to my room without any explanation. I had to find out about the taxes payable and the check out.
The view from my room was beautiful, sea view.
On the other hand the temperature of the room is very high, which is really a shame and which forces us to take air conditioning which is paid 8€ / day. Which, in my opinion, is excessively expensive. In 2025, this Service must be free!!! Especially in a country where temperatures are high.
The kitchen is clean and functional. There's everything we need.
The bedding is not bad, but not great either...
The balcony is always under the sun, so impossible to enjoy except in the evening.
The location of the hotel is not great. At the very top of the village, it is very steep to get to the sea, so the same to go up.
Same for the center, which is not really far from the hotel, but a lot of stairs and very sloping streets. Which is a bit complicated for the return.
We benefit from 10% at the small store linked to the hotel.
The little shop is great, everything is there.
It's very complicated to park.
The street is quite noisy from morning to night.
The terrace is non-existent.
We were wondering with the other hotel guests, we never found the terrace.
Overall pleasant stay, but no more.

Appartement Pallade & Athena
Perfect stay at Agia Galini
For the first time in Agia Galini we stayed in Apartment Pallada Athens. Everything was perfectly in order: fully equipped, clean and very comfortable. The apartment has a beautiful view of the center.
The location is ideal: 100 meters from the cozy center and 500 meters from the beach. Everything is easily accessible on foot.
We thoroughly enjoyed our stay and recommend this place and the lodging for sure!

Could not be better ... Pallada ... The Best !
resort Agia Galini on the south side of Crete.
The hosts, the Kassotakis family,extremely kind
and willing to help in any situations ...
Hotel location - could not be better, practically in the center of resort.
The rooms are of a normal size and well equipped,
balconies with amazing views of the harbor and an
endless number of taverns, restaurants and small shops of resort.
Breakfast is very big hearty, all fresh and not monotonous everyday .
Very pleased for us the mini market on the first floor of the hotel,
here we found an excellent Rakia of home production.
Mini market is also very convenient, if you prepare
the food in the room at evening time, there are small kitchens here .
Hotel Pallada have a very fast WiFi in any place. It's great !
