Perfect place!
This is the sixt time we have spent her, always one to two weeks. This is a really nice and relaxing place. We always stay in the same room, which have both sea view balcony and back alley balcony, so we can relax in the sun or shadow, whatever we prefer... And the best thing is that the room now are upgraded with new bathroom and new balcony doors. Excellent rooms, excellent staff, cleaning service daily, AC, well equipped and all this just 20 meters from the door to the beach and lots of excellent tavernas. Can it be better??? ♥️

Charming
Wonderful location! for our stay of 8 nights we chose the room with sea view and fell in love with it. The owner was available immediately and made us find in the room the beach games for our child along with some local products .
Room cleaned daily with change of towels. Kitchen with pots, dishes and cutlery to prepare the essentials. Our room had two balconies and we were not forced to turn on the air conditioning because the temperature was perfect. Also excellent laundry service for 12 € we delivered in the evening an envelope of clothes and the next morning they were ready!
Unfortunately early in the afternoon there are loud noises of loading and unloading goods for taverns restaurants on the sea that we heard as having the small child in the afternoon we had to return to the room to rest. Despite this small problem not attributable to the structure was a stay that we enjoyed so much.

We had a great stay.
The room was exactly as described, we had a lovely private terrace. The roof terrace had a great view and we used it a lot.
The room was cleaned daily, there were fresh towels and even beach towels and a small basket with the most important things you need for breakfast, including a very delicious homemade apricot jam. We were greeted with a bottle of wine.
In between, we were surprised by Foteini with fresh fruit and pain au chocolat.
Foteini helped us a lot with the arrival by taxi and with renting a car and was always willing to listen. Great hosts!!
The location of LitsaStudiosNaxos is perfect. Right on the beach. Right in the middle of it all, but still very quiet. Everything is within walking distance. 20 minutes by bus to Chora. Also perfectly located for excursions! We will definitely come back!! Very Lovely place!!!

Stay here
It really is worth staying here. Extraordinary location 30 metres from the beach and tavernas. Bus stop and supermarket 100 metres away. Our host was so friendly and gave us complimentary wine and other treats. The rooms and stairs etc were cleaned everyday and immaculate. Our room number 6 had access to two balconies with great views. Highly recommended.

Amazing balcony views seconds from the beach
The perfect place to stay for a beach holiday in Naxos! It felt really laid back and room was spacious and comfortable. The communal balcony area was amazing with views of the sunset over the sea - we had it to ourselves one night so it felt like our own private space. Right on the beach with lots of cafes, bars and restaurants to choose from (but no issue with noise).
