Not quite bad
Villa Maria provides good conditions for families with small children - there is a big yard with grass which is regularly cut, the children could run there and also to use the existing two swings. The studio was not big at all. There was a bedroom with double bed and wardrobe and in the kitchen/living room there was an armchair with possibility to be transformed in a bed (not convenient). The owner who is in the property almost all time doesn't speak English which creates communication difficulties.
