Unacceptable in every respect
The worst address in accommodation I've ever met! Especially the Head Elena, who never smiled from the first to the last moment we had to stay at the accommodation. Rough and ironic with answers like "What's your problem? The garbage?" when after 2 nights we asked to change the towels and garbage in the bathroom.
Dirty rooms, flies everywhere, very poor service and indifference to the needs of the customer.

Inadmissible
in the pictures you see a beautiful farm and in the descriptions they write that all the rooms we see in the garden..the pictures of the garden are all beautiful and fantastic and when we went there they said we are in the lower rooms, in which the rooms the outdoor space has nothing to do with what it shows in the photos, their answer to this complaint we said was that these are the cheapest rooms in the garden(90€ at night), but never in the photos of our selection at the booking, nor in the overall photos, nor in the photos of the summer, nor even on the phone or e-mail they did not tell us that the garden of the "financial rooms" we wanted in the other place was not said that there were no photos of the outdoor rooms with the "financial rooms with gifts" that all had nothing to do with it and there was no chance that there were some photos of the outer bedroom and there was a happy outer bedroom and there was no question that there were two bedrooms in the middle of the street and there were no good photos of the bedroom.

Delusional pictures that do not correspond to reality!
We repaired this farm early August, a four-member family with children aged 3 and 5. The main reason we booked this accommodation was the beautiful garden and playground that it promises you. Reservation was made through booking, with advance payment of all the amount (we had made Reservation and our friendly couple with children of the same age, in the next room). In the telephone communication with them I was never mentioned that the 2 rooms we booked would be outside the area of the farm, at a distance that needs to be moved by car and had nothing to do with the outside space with the posted photos of the booking, there was no playground, the garden was untreated and most importantly the place was dangerous for children to play. There was a door leading to the main street which was broken and didn't lock. In our report for the above and for the misleading photos the answer was that these rooms are the cheap (no money!) and that if they do not satisfy us we can leave and request a partial refund after procedures with the booking! Regarding the cleanliness it was under moderate while in the freezer there were mould spots. Y.G. Unfortunately, with four little kids like these, we had no choice but to stay. I would suggest anyone who chooses to stay at this particular accommodation to make sure that their room will be located in the upper area around the garden that is so advertised.

Unpleasent experience
We were placed in the "cheap rooms" without knowing that they exist. You will not see them in the pictures, they are far from the farm, near the main road, no WIFI, very uncomfortable, unpleasent smell.
The owner was very unfriendly. We had to stay one night because we were with small children but we ran away the next morning.

Unacceptable
When we say the first impression counts they are right after all, we arrive at the accommodation and not a single welcome they said they were looking in the papers for more than 5 minutes to find me until I worried that they will not find the reservation. we arrived Monday afternoon, the third goes by without clean the room.
I say they will probably be forgotten, Wednesday we return from the sea around 3 o'clock no cleaning, I go to the main building and look for someone in charge to ask what has happened.
A girl comes out who serves us breakfast I ask her the rooms are not cleaned every day to my surprise she tells me no if it is possible we pay 110 euros per night unacceptable when is it cleaned?? she looks for her papers and tells me the unbelievable because what do you want??? I want the room to be cleaned and it tells me what time??? In the meantime I should mention that I have my 2 year old baby with me that I want to put her to sleep. I was so nervous that I told her to just come take out the trash because apparently she had filled the diaper basket.
They came to the room, took the trash, left towels and that's all. The next day they didn't even show up to clean the room.
Breakfast for laughs cucumber tomato olives, toast, eggs and jam every day the same.
In hotels that I have paid less for, they had a better breakfast.
We also ate one night at the restaurant, the food was very unacceptable and we paid 60 euros without being happy with it.
I am truly amazed at the good reviews
The room had a kitchen without a griddle and a grill impossible to cook, the ironing board was broken, I asked for another one which was brought after 2 days.
And the best thing was every 20 minutes there was a sound like a gunshot which scared the baby
