Lovely stay

Hotel has a great location. Close to beach, old town and shopping area.
The entire staff is amazing from moment you enter the door. They are helpful and friend always greeting us with a smile and a kind word. They were truly focused on guest satisfaction. För example, We needed gluten free bread on the breakfast buffet and they fixed it immediately.
Breakfast buffet was incredibly. Great selection of both traditional Greek and international options. You have the option of sitting inside or outside in the inner garden. Staff was always available if you needed anything.
The rooms are clean and well maintained. Cleaning staff are also very friendly and helpful if needed.
The rooftop pool and bar were lovely. Great place to relax when one doesn't want to go out and about. I can recommend their iced cappuccino freddo. I had many from different coffee places and theirs was one of the best.
Overall great stay and can highly recommend.

Once is enough for us !!

Arrived today from Achillion Palace, Rethymnon.
Positive points : very well located to visit the Old Town.
very friendly staff.
room is very well maintained.
best bath towels ever.
at breakfast Greek yogurt with walnuts and honey.
Negative points : definitely not worth 4 stars (is only good for the tourist tax). Luckily we had a 'good offer' because the prices charged in high season are way too high.
Bathroom is in a word said 'disgraceful'
Breakfast was very one-sided, Thirteen days the same on offer, if you don't like eggs you have a problem, every day sausage, salami, feta and regular cheese.
View from the room both front and back you look at walls of the neighbors.

Nice hotel

Nice hotel. Clean and proper, very nice service. Good beds. Nice breakfast in the backyard. Nice pool on the roof, good sunbeds and umbrellas. Small snack bar with food and drinks. Nice service. Recommended

Maybe a 3*- but close to everything

The location is good,- close to the old city, and quite close to the beach. NO VIEW!!! The hotel looks nice outside, reception is ok, breakfastroom/garden is fine when it is tidy! Unfortunatly it was a mess during breakfast. Most tables was full of dirty plates, cups- it could be at least half an hour without any cleaning after guests left! In the end there was not enough cups for coffee,- it was replaced with paper cups. The breakfast is just ok- and same every day! The rooms are old, and smelly! We were told to use the airco all day to avoid the smell, but didn't help. Beds are good, clean towels every day ( if yo u want to change). The bathroom really needs to be renovated. It was not possible to stay up for shower ( no place for the shower),- had to sit in the bath and hold the shower!!! Old, leaking by the sink. The balcony was on the backside,- very simple balcony, not nice to sit outside. There was a hig frequensy noise outside most of the time, from somewhere, so we didn't sit outside- and tried to keep the door locked. The cabinets are really old,- I kept my clothing in the suitcase. They did not clean/replace our glasses/ cups in the room the whole week! There was a kettle,- tea/coffee were not replaced. We found some of the staff nice, some never smiled. I would maybe give the hotel 3*, but still needs renovations!

Great hotel

Very nice hotel with a wonderful pool with views. The staff pleasant and polite, nice rooms comfortable and a rich breakfast. Nice with family for vacation
