Best location at jaipur road ajmer

The location is best nearby bus stand and nice hotel for stay. Many Vehicle is available at out side of hotel for going to anywhere. Nice behavior of hotel owner and very cooperative staff and room services also good..overall nice stay

Pathetic experience

Overall experience:- Disappointing.
Stayed in the hotel@205/second floor. Dated 17-28 November 2023
Got it booked for a day n 1 night stay.. but had a disappointing stay experience.
1. We asked for the TEA SACHETS- We have been told only 2 SACHETS OF TETLEY TEA is available and no we cannot provide any add ons for black tea.
2. The rooftop experience was. Pathetic one,
Service was like DEAF taking orders, WE ordered chicken tikka starter but we have been served CHICKEN TIKKA MASALA after a good amount of wait of 45 minutes. During these minutes we have asked THRICE For the hot water and it was all missing.
3. Whole room is stinking with the too much wall dampness and arising moisture.
4. Asked room service to being jug of water twice but noone turned up
Low class service
Since this was an online booking, would recommend to first see the rooms and then go ahead with the bookings. Staff at reception is nice but they must show us the rooms prior booking allotment.

Very bed service

Rooms are not planned well. Service is so bed . The major problem is with owner attitude. Not suitable for comfortable stay.very bed service .don’t suggest this hotel.room was vey dirty.3rd class hotel

PATHETIC... TERRIBLE STAY

We Don't Have Words To Tell My Feelings That How They Including Hotel Owner Show Their Irresponsibities At The Name Of Sevices....They leave You at Your Own To Suffer The Bad Stay...A Big Big No For This Arya Sheraton Ajmer Hotel

Good location but poor hygiene and attitude

The hotel is located bang opposite the main bus stand and nearby to the Kutchery road. Even though the rooms have basic amenities they lack in hygiene and cleanliness. They are lackadaisical about check in and cleanliness. Attitude of the people engaged are appalling. We were made to wait for thirty minutes for checking in as the manager of the hotel was out!
Also, they don't have a kitchen, so have to order food from outside.
We had to ask the bed sheets to be changed and floor cleaned once we saw the room. Poor hospitality.
