Close to the main temple

We stayed at Raghavas for 2 days. The hotel is conveniently located near the Ram Janmabhoomi Temple, at about a 10-minute walking distance. There are many restaurants nearby, which is a big plus.
Taking a car to the hotel is very challenging due to extremely narrow roads and heavy traffic in the area. However, the hotel staff are supportive and will help guide your vehicle up to the main gate.
At present, the entrance to the hotel looks quite disappointing, as the main entrance area is still under construction. Only one floor of the hotel is operational, and there is no in-house restaurant yet. Breakfast is served in the room and was tasty.
The rooms were clean and exactly as shown in the pictures. Despite the ongoing construction work, it did not disturb our stay or comfort.
The owners are polite, warm, and helpful throughout. Once the construction is completed and the hotel has enough well-trained staff, it has the potential to become one of the premium properties in the area.

Overall, a very bad, unpleasant and a terrible experience. They need a lot of improvement

Except location, overall experience was 'extremely poor'.
My mother, mausi and my sisters had stayed in the hotel from 11th June till 13th June. I was assured that they will have a pleasent experience however it was not the case right from the time they stepped in.
1) The hotel entrance is at height that one has to climb atleast 10 steps however no one was there to help the ladies (including 2 ladies of 70 years) carry their luggage.
2) Checkin was cumbersome. One of the rooms was not serviced at the time of check in.
3) Full payment was done in yet services offered were 'very bad' let alone meeting expectations.
4) One of the rooms was stinking foul.
5) Bedsheets were not changed after the checkout of the previous guests; only done after reminders.
6) Supplies in the batroom were only provdied after 'repeated' reminders
7) Extra bedding was paid for however the mattress was provided after multiple reminders that too around mid night when the guests were half asleep.
8) No repellent was provided while the rooms were full of mosquitoes
9) Its under construction leading to continuous disturbance till the midnight
Overall, a very bad, unpleasant and a terrible experience. They need a lot of improvement.

Worst ever option for stay in Ayodhya.

Worst ever option for stay. The only positive point is that the hotel is near the temple. Apart from the location, the overall experience was very disappointing.
The room conditions are not up to the mark. The walls are poorly maintained, and even the bathroom condition was unsafe and unprofessional — there was a hanging LED strip light inside the bathroom.
The staff behavior and service do not feel professional or hospitality-oriented. It strongly feels like the hotel is managed by casual workers without proper customer service training.
The hotel also falsely claims to have a restaurant facility. Even after booking a room with breakfast included, they never clearly informed us that there is actually no restaurant available at the property. Guests are forced to depend on outside arrangements, and if you stay for multiple days, you end up eating the same breakfast every day at the restaurant’s convenient timing.
Overall, the management lacks transparency, maintenance, and proper hospitality standards. I would not recommend this hotel to anyone.

Good concept, but still under contraction.

From the time of booking till we landed at the hotel - I was skeptical of this hotel. It was a surprise when we landed at the hotel and saw the interiors and the fact it is still under construction.
We took the room in the basement - and it was well done. The bed linen had to be changed, as was dirty when we arrived.
The only reason this hotel was the last choice - as it is very close 200 mtrs from Hanumangarhi Temple and just 300 mtrs from the Main Ram Lalla temple and 100 mtrs from Dominos and other eateries on Rampath. The real location is called Dant Dhawan Kund - which is just 10 feet in front of the hotel. Do not order tea at the hotel, as they don't know how to make tea. In the morning or evening there is a tea maker outside the Golden Palace hotel, about 50 mtrs from this hotel...get tea from there.
The other reason was that it was a last minute booking - and I felt cheated when I arrived at the hotel as it was still under construction. But once inside, it was comfortable.
