Complaint Regarding Unprofessional Behavior of Staff – Rio Resort, Lansdowne
I recently called your resort to inquire about room booking, but I was extremely disappointed with the unprofessional behavior of the staff member who answered the call. The lady was completely ill-mannered, lacked basic communication skills, and came across as extremely rude and uneducated.
It was fortunate that I experienced this beforehand, as it gave me a clear indication of the kind of service and hospitality your resort might offer. First impressions matter a lot, especially in the hospitality industry, and unfortunately, this experience has completely discouraged me from considering your property for my stay.
I hope you take this feedback seriously and work on improving your staff’s professionalism and communication skills.

The worst experience of our lives because of one stupid person here named Sikander ..
Next day he showed us the cottage as we wanted to shift from 3rd floor.. we waited till 12.30 to get the cottage clean and when we were moving that person said room has been booked already by someone else ... when we spoke for that he said you can check out and take your money back.. when we got ready to check out the owner said we will not refund your money.
Wasted 2 hours .. and such bad behavior... while booking also she was talking so rudely so proudly.. arrogant manner ..
Now they want us to check out and leave our money also.

Resort Rio great experience and great stay
Well maintained restaurant clean rooms and everywhere it’s maintained well.
Awe some food, restaurant and nice staff especially Tushar was very nice and helpful to us. Good serving
