DON’T VISIT THIS HOTEL
The manager, Rakesh, the receptionist, Anup, and the overall staff showed a complete lack of professionalism and customer service. If you order food, be prepared to wait 1 to 1.5 hours or even longer, despite making multiple reminders and follow-up calls. Room service is equally poor—no one responds even after repeated requests, and you often have to leave your room and go to the reception yourself to get any assistance.
The staff are extremely rude and unhelpful. Instead of resolving customer concerns, they argue with guests and display an arrogant attitude. During my stay, staff members were drinking alcohol on the terrace late in the evening and completely ignored customer requests. When complaints were raised, their response was essentially, “We can get jobs at another hotel, we don’t care if you complain about us.”
This behavior is unacceptable and creates an uncomfortable and unsafe environment, especially for families and women travelers. The management appears unwilling to address issues, and customer satisfaction is clearly not a priority.
Overall, this was one of the worst hotel experiences I have had. I strongly recommend that potential guests do not book or visit this hotel. Thanks

Worst hotel ever stayed in.
TV not working as recharge not done for DTH, No soap, shampoo given even after cleaning the room just 10 mins back. I went to the cleaning staff and asked for soap, called up reception but no one came to solve the issues.
After going to the reception and shouting at them, the things were finally done. I had booked for 2 nights and cancelled for one night.
Unprofessional staff, room photos don't match with what is given online. Insects and flies all over the room and hotel. The booking said we will be given a welcome drink but that was finished . Asked for a lemon for dinner but the staff said the lemon was finished .
I spent 6000 per day on this and wasted my money. There are better hotels than this in Lansdowne.

Horrible experience at First View Resort Lansdowne
The rooms are not neat and clean dust everywhere, we could not sleep for two nights as light was the major issue and though they have generator no one is bothered to switch it on.
Their room numbers 101 and 102 are dump yard so going forward if anyone is getting these rooms be double sure of what you are getting. Their basic things like providing tea cups and stirir is even missing and if you ask for cup they give you some broken or shabby cups to drink tea in.
Overall I don’t recommend staying here.
