❤️Beyond a Hotel – A Family Experience at Hotel Gangba, Leh
The hotel is located in a very peaceful area near Shanti Stupa, surrounded by a beautiful garden and breathtaking views of snow-capped mountains. One of my favorite memories was spending evenings on the balcony with a cup of tea, enjoying the stunning mountain peaks and the mesmerizing evening and night views of Leh city from nearby Shanti Stupa.
What makes Hotel Gangba special is not only the location but the people. The nature of the owner and staff is beyond words — extremely kind, caring, and hospitable. Due to unavoidable reasons, I reached one day later than my booking date. Even though the hotel was fully booked, the owner very kindly did not charge extra and additionally arranged a room for one more day. This gesture meant a lot to us.
Honestly, Hotel Gangba does not feel like a hotel — it makes you feel like you are part of the Gangba family. The hospitality is excellent, and the food is extremely tasty, hygienic, and homely. There was no need to search for food in the city because the taste and quality at Gangba were awesome. My family enjoyed the stay so much that we wished we could stay for a few more days.
The warm welcome on arrival, the unforgettable memories during the stay, and the helpful guidance from the owner at departure made our Ladakh trip very smooth. The owner suggested tour tips and recommended stays at other places, which helped us immensely and solved major food and accommodation concerns during our journey.
Thank you, Hotel Gangba, for your excellent hospitality and making our Ladakh tour hassle-free and memorable. Highly recommended for anyone visiting Leh!

"Farm stay with Luxury" and also like an extended family!
They have their own farm where they grow veggies and also serve them to guests.
Mr. Stanzin (Owner) arranged my trip to Nubra and Pangong and also the local site seeing.
He also arranged rented scooters for me.
My wife suffered a little bit of headache one evening and he immediately arranged a taxi that took us to hospital for checkup.
On our trip to Pangong, he very thoughtfully arranged an oxygen cylinder.
I will definitely stay here on my next trip!

Stay in Gangba Leh
Hotel Gangba is hands down the best place to stay in Ladakh. The property is beautiful, rooms are spotlessly clean, and the mountain views are breathtaking.
What makes this place truly unforgettable is the host and the staff. Their hospitality is unmatched—they treated us like family, helped us acclimate to the altitude, and gave us the best local travel tips. The food is delicious and home-cooked, and the location is perfectly peaceful yet close to the Leh Market.
We came as guests but left as family. If you're visiting Leh, stop searching and book here! High recommended!
