Excellent
We ate in the rooftop restaurant three times and absolutely loved it. Fabulous views, wonderful service and excellent food. Price was very reasonable

Nice hotel
Stayed one night as part of a trip. Hotel and rooms are nice, unfortunately it's noisy. The lift has a bell which continues all night. No sleep. Staff are pleasant and helpful. Plenty of places to see unfortunately the temple is under restoration so it was covered by scaffolding. Transport is readily available but it's nice to walk the streets. Flower,Banana and Onion markets are worth a tuck tuck ride they will wait for you. Take earplugs.⁹

Hopeless hotel
The Deluxe category room which they call comfort room - Stuffy room but still organised and equipped with important things, yet they keep it unclean.
We had to ask thrice to get room cleaning still they took away the toilet roll from bathroom, don't know what were they thinking.
You keep calling for clearance they won't come. You keep calling everything and anything they won't come only.
They don't take care of food allergens. I had a bad stomach asked for khichdi, they said they can't provide. They gave curd rice no problem but that curd rice had red fiery chilly tadka when I was on antibiotics.
They gave us zero calorie aspartame containing 7 up, without informing. Again when I had mentioned I'm allergic and intolerant since I have an upset stomach.
They sent fresh lime soda with margarine solution instead of real lemon.
Are they on a spree to kill there customer. These hotel people don't hire people to cut down on expenses and hire cheap illiterate staff who will succumb to higher working hours and lower salary.
Pathetic hotel, useless management. A big no to foreigners atleast.

Excellent evening out
Lovely evening out, at this rooftop restaurant. Much nicer than I expected. We reserved a table for dinner, which was just as well sd the restaurant was full when we arrived. Service was reasonably efficient and the food was good. Highly recommended.

Worst place you could imagine. Employees need behavior classes and training.May be they have some issues with Hindi people.
