Best experience
- *Staff*: Very polite and helpful. Check-in was smooth and quick.
- *Room*: Clean, spacious and well maintained. AC, hot water and WiFi all worked perfectly.
- *Food*: Breakfast was fresh with good variety. Tasted great!
- *Location*: Very convenient and easy to reach from the main market/railway station.
Great value for money. Highly recommend this hotel for both families and business trips. Will definitely stay here again!

We have already shared the complete correspondence with your airline, which clearly outlines the agreed service standards, meal entitlements, and operating procedures applicable to crew stays at our hotel. At no point have we deviated from these agreed SOPs or contractual requirements.
Regarding meal service, we have consistently provided In-Room Dining (IRD) upon request and in accordance with the agreed guidelines. Our team has always endeavoured to accommodate crew members while adhering to the procedures established with the airline.
We value all our guests, including airline crew, and remain committed to delivering professional service while honouring the contractual arrangements agreed with our corporate partners.

Best hotel for a stopover for Pench. Almost perfect.
Very helpful and friendly staff.
The street where the hotel is located is relatively quiet.
Perfect hotel as a stopover to Pench (Tuli tiger corridor is the best choice there),

Very lovely experience
Specially the f&b staff everyone was helpful and proactive and helped us with whatever we needed. Really appreciated the hard work they put into their job.
Very happy with the service. Would love to visit again.
