A pleasant stay at 5 BHK Resort

This is a plasant place to stay. But This is not a hotel so services are limited. The caretaker is very courteous and helpful. The connecting road is very poor. Its very difficult to reach the place. The hotel is neat and clean. Very good toilets were also fresh. They provided a good breakfast in the morning. Swiggy orders are available as well. There are two options. A 2BHK and a 3BHK flat. Both can also be combined and it can become a 5BHK appartment. Its good for bigger goup of people and nice stay at Ooty.

Pathetic Rude Management

The owner is quite cheap. When our heater was not working on any of the plug points provided, I tried speaking to him. He was not picking up while he picked up the caretakers call immediately. After 4 attempts, he picked up and started having random excuses. I asked for an electrician to be sent as my mother was unwell in the cold and I had ended up buying a heater myself.
He was outright rude, cut the call, refused to cancel the remaining duration of booking and asked me to buy an extension cord and connect to heater plug as he has intentonally disconnected the other power plugs. To save a maximum of 100 Rs while he charges 8000 per day for the room. I spent extra 690 on an extension and made it work.
This should give you an idea of how pathetic the management is.
