Excellent

One of the best huts in the entire location of phalgam. The rooms are cozy and give a nice vibe . They have A.Cs installed , wifi connectivity in every room and the rooms are well designed. The main market is 5 -10 min away from this site. In the main market you can also find some nice restaurants and cafe like Barista and Sagar ratna.overall had amazing experience at mala castle.

TERRIBLE...

This is the worst hotel I have stayed in my life. First of all, it is by no means a castle. Its a mediocre Lodge. The picture shown on tripadvisor is not where guests are accomodated. There is a bulding behind that so called castle where guests are left to fend for themselves.
The room we were alloted was too small and in bad shape. There was no kettle, no glasses, no water provided. There was no soap nor shampoo provided in the bathroom. There was no water in the wash basin. Most of all, despite extreme cold, hot water was not available at all. One of he staff informed us that they are into a habit of sleeping late hence would not like to be disturbed until 10 am. The electricity was gone for a long time but no backup was present.
Very unpleasant experience indeed. Please avoid if you don't want to ruin your vacation...

Marvellous!

The hospitality of staff, The hut had an aura of solace. The place had one of the finest ambiance. Rooms are spacious, washrooms are neat and clean. Very safe place and perfect for family……….
Overall the place is cool and calm and satisfying.

Good place

Nice place to visit. Everything insite and outside is good. Cleanliness of rooms is good, availability of service persons also good. Apart of that, the park which is outside the hotel is well maintained. Overall it's a good place to visit

Really good!

I had a great experience. The hut was very comfortable and spacious and the rooms were well-maintained and had all the amenities I needed for a relaxing stay.
The beds were comfortable, and there was plenty of space to move around. I particularly appreciated the cleanliness of the entire place. It felt welcoming and homey, making it easy to unwind after a long day of exploring.
The service was excellent. The hosts were friendly and attentive, ensuring I had everything I needed throughout my stay. They provided useful recommendations for nearby activities and were quick to respond to any questions I had.
Overall, I highly recommend it if you’re looking for a comfortable and spacious place to stay with great service.
