We vacationed in India for the first time, traveled to northern Goa, visited Arambol, Vagator, but we really liked Panaji and decided to stay longer. We accidentally came across this hotel while walking. The staff is very welcoming and friendly, they met us and gave us a discount. The stay was very pleasant, daily cleaning, and the staff themselves offered it, this is very valuable and pleasant. We were pleasantly surprised by the free drinks; it was so nice to start the day with delicious coffee and end with a fragrant cup of Indian tea! Thanks to all the hotel staff, they helped us out more than once, answered all our questions (they even helped us resolve the issue of canceling a flight and taxi). I have also vacationed in 4* and 5* hotels in Turkey, Egypt, and the Emirates, but this is the first time I have encountered such excellent service; it is clear that the employees really love their work and do it with soul. We sincerely wish success and prosperity to your hotel! It’s very sad to leave this cozy hotel and wonderful place, I really hope to come back here again❤️
