NEVER VISIT FOREIGNERS INN
Zero value for money. The staff is rude and unresponsive, and the owner is unavailable unless it’s time to add extra charges for basic requests.
We booked two family rooms (4 beds each) in peak April heat, and there was no water—not for bathing, not even for drinking. You are forced to drink hot water from dispensers or keep buying bottled water. Two of our family members were stuck in bathrooms due to no water. We were told it would be fixed in 10 minutes but it took over an hour, and only after repeated follow-ups and raising our voice did they give just two buckets of water.
Food service is equally bad—1 hour wait for meals, and even simple things like extra rotis take another 30 minutes. No one responds to calls. You are left waiting endlessly.
Highly pathetic service. Families will struggle here. NEVER visit if you want a decent stay.

Very poor management, Hotel staffs are very rude; they don't have minimum professionalism,
We had done two separate bookings, one booking against name "Soumyak S(booking no:4118XXX787)" for two family room. And another booking against Santosh K S(seniour citizen 74yrs old/ booking no: 4274XXX937) for double bedroom. our stay was check-in date 25thDec and check-out 27thDec.
During our travel from Kolkata to Varanasi on 25th December multiple times we have contacted with hotel receptionist (Varsha Upadhyay), even Hotel also contacted us for many times regarding our travel position status and stay. Once we reach Hotel, we came to know that one of our rooms booked against "Santosh K S" has been cancelled and that room was allotted to other group, also there is no available room in the hotel.
It was a pathetic situation for us at midnight, hotel staff are started sharing false information that we couldn't communicate with them prior to reach, however we have done booking through booking.com via valid credit card. Finally, at 1AM it was proved that by intentionally that booking was cancelled by hotel receptionist (Varsha Upadhyay) to get more rent from different group.
We have asked hotel receptionist to show the evidence that before cancelation they informed/called us, but she failed to share that. For our evidence we have shared all communication details including WhatsApp chat.
It was disaster for us when they started threatening to leave the hotel premises or we have to accommodate to sleep in open hall in cafe area. We have 11yrs young kid to 74yrs senior citizen. We have requested them to arrange any other hotel if possible, but they were so rude, they were not ready to help us. We asked receptionist that we want talk with their owner or higher management, surprisingly all the staffs are started shouting that they all are owner of this hotel.
I have travelled (Accor group Diamond member) many places across the world but never seen such mismanaged hotel and Staff.
