Lovely b&b with great hosts!

Chris met us on arrival and we felt at home immediately. He was fantastic with giving us advice on places to see and things to do. The room was nice and clean and the location is great as it is within walking distance of the village. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay!

Uncomfortable bed and broken toilet

Location was good and room was spacious. Bed was very uncomfortable and the toilet did not flush. We reached out and were told to try again and then didn’t hear back and weren’t offered any other solution.

Avoid unless you like cold showers & no wifi

Stayed in room 2, no wifi or coffee as advertised. Tea available.
Worst part was no hot water in shower. When owner advised, claimed “it was working yesterday “ we claim “B…….it.
Location is very good.we had difficulty finding property as name not advertised anywhere on property

Disgusting mess.

My husband and I always check our mattress for bed bugs while travelling. When lifting up the corner we discovered blood all over the mattress in different areas. Very worrisome and disgusting. The place is in dire need of a renovation. Also, you cannot be environmentally friendly at the cost of the guests. Toilets don’t flush, towels were stained, no water pressure. The room felt like a hole. We slept above the covers because we have nowhere else to go. No one was there the entire time of our stay (not even during check in/ checkout. Do not recommend. See photos.

Inconsiderate proprietor

Room was clean, bed uncomfortable and no shampoo. It was unfortunate that the owner of the B and B decided at 11:30 pm to about midnight to stand in the hall where two guest rooms are located and talk to someone in a loud voice for 20 minutes even when asked to keep it down. There was no move to take it outside or go to her own quarters for this discussion if there was a problem. When a second request was made about midnight, more forcefully by a guest; she decided to bang on that guests door and shout even louder. She then proceeded to slam doors and I am sure woke everyone including us in a room down the hall. Unprofessional and unapologetic conduct for a proprietor. Wanted to leave but there was no other place to go. Make sure you stay at a reputable place.
