Overnight stay on a business trip

I stayed at this hotel and made a great choice. Staff courtesy, clean and well sanitized room, carpeted floor, soundproof walls, table and desk, all great for study, work and night rest during a business trip. Private parking available. Wireless network a bit slow, but it works, breakfast I did not request. Highly recommended.

You could have warned me

I never write negative reviews, but the night spent in this property leads me to warn those who want a decent accommodation,
I'm talking about my windowless, damp, smelly basement room, with a load-bearing column next to the bed, repaired at least the worst with a sticker to cover the torn carpet.
Certain "commercial transactions"i.e. selling a room like this at full price, should be carefully evaluated, the customer is not always right, but if he feels cheated and obliged to warn other users against making the same mistake, perhaps at least he should be listened to.

Very negative!!

Bad!!! To be avoided. Poor staff , bad reception , bad breakfast , room furnished with old furniture and impression of poor hygiene . Half-ripped bathroom towels.

Scammers

I'm still waiting for a response from the unhuman and understandable staff. I booked a room at 8.21pm and at 8.23pm I cancelled it inadvertently. They didn't take my reservation or take my claim into account. 130€ I paid and they were not interested in anything but putting silver in their pocket. A disgrace. Answer the messages.

Malodorous and poorly sanitized rooms, perhaps for the old carpet and the walls covered with padded fabric, very small TV, poor breakfast of low quality and with very little assortment without a waiter. It is absolutely not a 4 star, but not even 3. There is no lift
