Perfect stay: impeccable cleanliness and strategic location!

We had a really nice stay at this B&B. Often, for travelers, the big unknown concerns the state of the rooms, but here we were thrilled: super clean spaces and attention to every detail, which makes you feel immediately at home.
The property is run by excellent owners, lovely people who really know how to welcome guests. Another strong point is the strategic location:
Absolute tranquility: Despite the lack of private parking, the surrounding area consists of very quiet residential villas, where silence reigns and there is easily room for the car in complete safety.
For sports lovers: The seafront is only 300 metres away. The villa is located along a beautiful avenue, ideal for those who, like me, like to wake up early in the morning and go for a run in a pleasant setting.
Finally, honorable mention for breakfast: excellent and varied, with a great choice between sweet and savory that really satisfies all palates.
Highly recommended! We will definitely be back.

Room, breakfast, location

The rooms are spacious, clean, bright and are tidied up every day. The breakfast is varied and prepared with care, the ingredients are fresh and of quality. There is a beautiful garden around the property. The beach is reachable in just 5 minutes on foot.

Highly recommended

A splendid villa located in a strategic and well-served position in Avola with the possibility of reaching nearby towns in a short time. Clean and modern rooms, helpful and kind staff, and an excellent price-quality ratio, excellent breakfast.

We had a good time

Great property in a quiet residential area with multiple huge rooms, spotlessly clean well appointed.
The hearty and varied breakfast with both salty and sweet, fruit.... All very good.
Thanks to Paolo for all the information he provided us to be able to visit wonderful places.

Very good

Brand new structure and a few steps from the sea. The room is spacious and comfortable. Great breakfast (cannoli with ricotta cheese I will never forget). I thank Paul for his friendliness and his immense availability. I will definitely return
