ABSOLUTELY POSITIVE EXPERIENCE
Single room:
▪︎ Clean and welcoming
▪︎ Set with two small packs of shampoo, shower cap, bar of soap and even sponge for cleaning shoes
▪︎ Furniture to my personal taste I like because it is vintage
▪︎ TV with Sky
▪︎ Above the desk and there was a glass bottle of water , with a glass cup (it's not a given that they offer you water in the room)
I FELT WELCOMED AS IN A SECOND HOME AND IT WAS A MAGNIFICENT EXPERIENCE!
You are in the center of Borgomanero, so you can safely walk because:
▪︎ Take a walk in nearby parks
▪︎ visit the center and where you find clothing stores, bakeries, bars even further in the supermarkets
▪︎ do wine tasting in the cellars of Borgomanero
▪︎ visiting churches
▪︎ Admire the art gallery of Meb Art Studio
▪︎ visit the Castle of Vergano
▪︎ go to the antique market on the last Sundays of the month
▪︎ go diving in the local communal pool which is practically a step behind the hotel
▪︎ go to an Escape Room and have fun with your hypothetical friends or partners by testing them
▪︎ go to the Cinema Nuovo to see a movie on a supposedly rainy day
▪︎ are very careful in keeping their guests safe
▪︎ excellent because you are downtown and can safely walk
▪︎ Buffet Breakfast is both sweet and savory and you can have a coffee or cappuccino made

BAD EXPERIENCE HOW BAD THE HOTEL POLICY SEEMS
On the 27th late in the morning I received a phone call from a very kind Booking employee who told me that she had received a message from the Hotel stating that my reservation had been cancelled for overbooking.
Obviously Booking has made available to me another structure upsetting my plans and forcing me to rent a vehicle to reach Borgomanero from the new structure.
The behavior is clearly INCORRECT as the hotel did not respect what was agreed TWENTY DAYS BEFORE, when the availability of rooms was more than wide.
Obviously he sold the room to me at a higher price, to the newcomer.

Good value for money
Small but clean room. Simple breakfast but no objection given the price of the rooms.
Parking on site included.
