Weekend Brescia top
Fantastic experience.
The stay fully met our expectations!! The hotel we liked very much, cleanliness, order, quiet rooms, rich and plentiful breakfast... also really convenient location compared to the old town. I highly recommend if you want to visit Brescia and spend a few days in peace and relaxation.

Total disaster and zero respect.
I have stayed at this hotel twice; nothing can be said about the restaurant and the girls at the reception, in fact, compliments to the staff and the quality of the food. As for the room, let's just say it was pitiful: a €270 per night room filled with cigarette butts on the terrace, mold on the wall, limescale in the shower, and hydro jets that were coming off, and it was also poorly cleaned to the point that brown material came out, and I had to empty and clean it before using it! I am attaching photos, of course! Moreover, no refund and a total lack of response to the email with photos from customers who spend! We even booked the private spa to show how much I spent in one day, and some hydro jets didn't even work! Truly impressive! And thank you for the fact that you really couldn't be bothered to respond and apologize! Clean the rooms because people spend money!!!

A four-star hotel with no attention to detail
Stayed with my wife in the Suite with a whirlpool tub and sauna. We have seen better. Old and poorly maintained property. In the bathroom, I fell off the steps because they were very slippery and had no anti-slip safety features. Discolored and poorly maintained walls, very dirty terrace.
I have traveled to hundreds of hotels and this one cannot be defined as quality. Old and in need of renovation or at least maintenance in many small, too-neglected aspects.

Average would return for a couple of days
Room was spacious and bed was comfy
Location was around 30 minute walk into Brescia town centre right next to the castle
Atmosphere was ok however there were dogs barking a lot of the time throughout the day and night
The bar was empty most night except New Year's Eve when they had a DJ on which was good however it was 10euro a drink which was a little expensive and there was no menu to browse at the bar
Cleanliness of the hotel areas were good particularly in the spa however cleaner only came once in our room whilst we was there for 5 days which meant the room got messy with rubbish we kept having to ask for clean towels and toilet roll which wasn't great
Was an ok value for money in terms of the room however we tried the 9 euro buffet breakfast on one of the days and it is advertised to serve until 1030am and we got there at 10am and they had cleared most of it away and turned the coffee machines off and I seen staff enjoying the left overs which meant this was disappointing for us ended up with a yogurt each as that was all that was left they should advertise until 10am if this is the case
They advertise as complimentary coffee making facilities however there was 3 sachets of coffee left in the room for the whole 5 days and no milk to actually make a coffee
Reception staff were friendly every time we spoke and helped us out when needed

Interesting property and excellent welcome, but with a few details to be reviewed.
It was my first time at the Hotel Master in Brescia, where I don't often happen to stay for work. Overall, it is an interesting property that offers a good experience, even if with ample room for improvement on some fundamental aspects.
The positive sides:
- The Suite and the Welcome: Since there were no other rooms available, I stayed in the suite. I must say that the room is remarkable, spacious, and offers a truly interesting view of the Brescia castle.
- The Treatment: Kudos to the management and staff, as I was treated very well from a financial standpoint, with them meeting me halfway on the final price of the room.
The downsides:
- The Air Conditioning: For me, air conditioning is essential. Although I had set the thermostat to 18°C, the system never managed to adequately cool the suite's environment, leaving the room too hot for my standards.
- The Breakfast: From a 4-star property of this level, one expects much more. I found it decidedly poor, both regarding the variety of choices and the general quality. A particular demerit for the total lack of fresh fruit.
In summary: A good hotel with excellent potential and very helpful staff, but one that absolutely must fix the air conditioning power and enrich the breakfast to truly live up to its 4 stars. I would return hoping for these improvements.
