Excellent B&B

We stayed in this B&B for a week. Located in the quiet town of Cave, just a few steps from Valmontone, in a strategic position to easily move around the surroundings of Rome. Comfortable and super clean rooms! Private internal parking. Welcomed and attended to throughout the week by Emanuele, a truly kind and helpful person, it was a real pleasure to meet him. If you are in the area, stop by and you won't regret it.

Fantastic

We had a wonderful stay with Emanuele and Paolo. If you’re looking for a B&B with a personal touch, this is the place to go. They took great care in accommodating our breakfast preferences (since Italians usually have a ‘sweet’ breakfast), even serving tomatoes from their own garden. Paolo speaks excellent English and gave us lots of useful tips, which made our stay in the area even more enjoyable. We were able to park our car in their private parking area. The room was clean, had a balcony with a beautiful view, and all the amenities worked perfectly. Overall, highly recommended if you want to stay close to Rome but away from the busy city.

A relaxing corner surrounded by greenery – top hospitality!

We stayed at this cozy B&B and were thrilled! The property is a lovely house on several floors, surrounded by greenery and perfect for groups of up to 8/9 people. The rooms are spotless, well air-conditioned and attention to detail.
Breakfast, hearty and tasty, is served outdoors in the shade of beautiful trees, making waking up even more pleasant. Also convenient is the private parking, which is a nice plus.
Special thanks to Emanuele, the manager, always very kind and super helpful: he gave us valuable advice on where to eat, what to visit and how to get around the area. Rare hospitality that really makes a difference. Highly recommended!

A fabulous experience!

Me and my family stayed last weekend at this beautiful property, surrounded by greenery and tranquility. A huge thank you goes to Mr Emanuele, owner of the B & B, who offers the customer the maximum availability and professionalism, always present and attentive to the needs of its customers.
Rooms clean and equipped with all comforts.
The structure has a large garden, well-kept, where you can eat a delicious and hearty breakfast, in the company of the chirping of birds.
We had a really good time.
Highly recommended!!!!

Cozy and clean B&B

Beautiful place, the Owner Emanuele is a very kind person who came to meet our every need. Clean rooms, a varied breakfast, plentiful and delicious, made in the garden in the countryside.
Not far from the MagicLand park.
Definitely will be back!
