*Promesse non mantenute - pessima gestione*. Prenotato Euphoria Elegance Room Conversano con check-in alle 15:00. Siamo entrati alle 18:00, 3 ore di ritardo senza preavviso. Quando finalmente abbiamo contattato la proprietaria, ci ha detto che avrebbe "recuperato il disagio" e risolto il problema.
Risultato? Nulla. Nessun recupero, nessuno sconto, nessun late check-out, nemmeno delle scuse serie.
La classica promessa detta solo per farci smettere di lamentarci sul momento.
Questo è mancanza di rispetto per il cliente e poca professionalità. Se prometti una cosa, la mantieni.
Non consigliato. 2 stelle solo per la posizione perchè si trova ad 2 passi dal mare ed è una zona tranquilla. MAI PIÙ
