Careful and warm welcome. Very clean and spacious room. Central in name and in fact. I really appreciated all the information provided on my mobile device regarding parking options, restaurants, breakfast, and historical notes. I had a very good time.

Central hotel close to places of historical and cultural interest especially the castle with museum and towers visit

Centrally located hotel near places of historical and cultural interest, especially the castle with its museum and towers and the Duomo interesting for its history and architecture (there are the remains of Beatrice d'Este) and a painting by Tiepolo. Clean rooms, run by very kind and helpful people

Located in the center in the square of Este and a stone's throw from the castle

Great location located right in the central square of Este and a short walk from the castle. The room is spacious and clean. The decor should be modernized. The bathroom could use some maintenance. Our room was in the back and from the window you didn't have a nice view. Friendly staff.

Bad experience

I arrived in the city before the check-in time, I call in advance to notify the property but, receiving no response, I go to the hotel. Reception is closed and intercom. A gentleman tells me to come back later, leaving me outside, without the possibility of leaving my luggage. The next morning, I ask to be allowed to stay at the reception an hour after check-out time, but they send me out saying they have to close. Bad reception. The only positive note is the cleanliness, despite an old structure and with very dated furnishings.

Buonasera Gent.ma, ci dispiace molto che la Sua esperienza no sia stata positiva.
Per quanto riguarda gli orari di check-in, è stata avvisata nei giorni precedenti il Suo arrivo ed anche via whatsapp; ci avesse comunicato necessità diverse, avremmo trovato una soluzione.
Idem per il check-out: ha comunicato la possibilità di stare un'oretta in Hall, non di voler lasciare i bagagli sino ad orario indeterminato.
La nostra struttura è piccola, con orari comunicati regolarmente e con personale dedicato; per qualsiasi variazione, siamo disponibili sempre, previo avviso anticipato.
