Roberta is so helpful throughout our stay. She drove us to the bus stop when we couldn’t get a taxi. Their saying is “come as a tourist, go as a friend” is definitely true. We highly recommend Il Linchetto and it is 10 stars out of 5.

Il Linchetto was a very pleasant acquaintance with a comfortable walking distance to local restaurants, bars and small shops, as well as the center of Lucca.
The rooms were clean, of a very basic standard and with good water pressure in the shower. I didn't eat breakfast there, but the staff were very nice and the service was good!
After a few long days of sightseeing, the need for some office work and a quiet movie night in the room arose. Then it would definitely be an advantage with a slightly larger TV screen with access to HDMI (than 20'' with the outlet blocked by the wall bracket).
All in all, a very reasonably priced and good option for a week's stay in the region.
PS! As a foreigner without access to local apps, renting a car in Lucca was very expensive. Fortunately, Pisa is only a train ticket and a short hour's journey away. Absolutely worth the trip when the savings were more than 70%..

Roberta was extremely accommodating and helpful. They have bikes that can be used to ride the walls of Lucca. Great experience for those that have never done it.

Nice site but actually is a bit arranged ..
We stayed a couple of nights.
The place already 'at the entrance does not reflect the photos of the site where you can see a nice care that actually' there's a small ramshackle garden with two chairs.
There is no parking except in the street in front, so inconvenient to unload luggage.
Just entered a desk carved into a messy basement between papers and paperwork.
You go up to the rooms with stairs and there is no elevator.
The rooms discreet but dusty, in ours there was no bidet and the shower door did not close well.
The double bed on two single networks, very uncomfortable.
At that time it was just us and a family, so I don't understand why we were in two rooms so attached...
In fact we did not really rest for the noise and screams of the baby next door that practically seemed to have him in the room with us.
The nice lady but certainly not of the trade.
The breakfast was poor.
I wouldn't recommend it.
A shame because the structure has considerable potential.

Ringrazio per il Vostro soggiorno, anche se non riesco a ricollocare la vostra presenza al B&B, a quale periodo e a quale prenotazione, dal vostro nome di fantasia Antonego4622 non si capisce, farò tesoro della vostre segnalazioni negative e mi rammarico che abbiate trovato tanti difetti, addirittura le camere polverose, tengo molto alla pulizia minuziosa della casa, cercherò di essere più accurata in tutto, tengo molto al mio lavoro che svolgo con dedizione e professionalità, sono felice che abbia valutato la struttura con un notevole potenziale, farò del mio meglio per valorizzarla, mi dispiace per la sua esperienza. Roberta was an awesome host. Let us check in early which was helpful. Room was nice, super clean and tastefully decorated. Bed was a queen size and comfortable. Served a nice simple Italian breakfast with espresso and fruit drinks. I was originally concerned because descriptions stated on-site parking which does not exist but across the street in a field and down the street at the local church was plentiful parking and had no issues. Nice place to stay at an affordable rate.
