This hostel was honestly a great experience. The location was perfect, close to public transport and main attractions, so it was really convenient to move around. The staff were super friendly and helpful whenever I had questions.
The room was clean enough for a hostel, and the bed was comfortable. I also liked the common area because it was easy to meet other travelers. I actually met a few people and ended up exploring the city together, which made the trip even better.
Overall, if you’re traveling solo and want a social and affordable place, I definitely recommend it.

Hostel review provokes being kicked out with no prior warning

I stayed here few nights, even though i didn't like it i stayed because i couldn't move my 30+kgs suitcase. Therefore i extended my stay 3 more nights. I left a negative review on hostelword and when i came to check in the thin girl at the reception invited me to leave, by canceling the reservation for my last night. The reason why i left the negative review was the bad customer service, only few receptionists were nice, also i was asked if i stole the bathroom mat, which isn't nice to ask a guest paying 30.20€ a night for just a bed. Also the lift was always smelly and the common area was usually quite dirty. During the night the hostel is loud, people sitting outside shouting and drinking. You can hear then even when the windows are closed. I stayed in 2 different rooms, the second room was the loud one. The value for the money is not the best. Now i am leaving this here because it's not nice for me to come here at 20.15 and be told i have to leave. They could have called me and i would have come before.
Also the fact that sometimes receptionists (males included) they come into the rooms without knocking. They don't take constructive reviews, but rather prefer to kick people out. I don't recommend this hostel, such a bad vibe Also you cannot evict people without them doing misconduct. I will contact the local consumer protection authority.
One last thing, the receptionist, said to me something about "deleting" or "cancelling", i understood incorrectly that she meant my stay, while she meant the review. I have literally been told that in order to stay i was supposed to delete the review, very unprofessional. And she left me there standing while i was thinking she was doing the check in. Really bad manners.

not recommended for women

More than a hostel, it looks like a homeless shelter, highly inadvisable for women and couples. Never again

Bad experience!

The hostel has an interior patio that, according to posted rules, is supposed to be closed after 10:30 PM? Also their quiet hours are from 8 PM (see both pictures).
However, when I returned around 11:00 PM, there were many people in the patio playing extremely loud music—like at nightclub levels. The noise was so intense that the floor in my room was slightly vibrating. Due to the patio’s architecture and acoustics, the sound echoed strongly off the walls, making it impossible to rest.
At around 11:30 PM, I went to reception and asked the staff to address the situation. They acknowledged it but responded in a dismissive way, saying they would ask people in the patio to “lower the volume.” I just thought to myself: “lower the volume? This should be stopping altogether!! Look at your own poster hanging on the door!!”.
After going up to my room and changing into my pijamas, the music kept busting. I returned to reception at around 11:40 PM and asked again, this time insisting that they enforce their own rules. Only then they went to the patio and stop the music.
Even after that, people remained in the patio talking loudly until at least well past 1:00 AM, moment when I finally managed to fall asleep.
Overall, this was a very disappointing experience. The main issue is not just the noise, but the lack of enforcement from the staff (2 young boys working on the night shift from 2 April to 3 April).
Other than this, the room and the place in general was very clean and the bed was good.

Basic and good value for money, continuous coming and going of guests

The hostel is centrally located and very busy.
As often happens in these cases, and having a great value for money, the hostel attracts guests of all kinds, and you have to be very lucky to find the right comrades.
The hostel offers basic services at an affordable price, I really appreciated the promptness and speed of the staff in 'intervening in emergencies, despite the continuous coming and going of characters of all kinds and sometimes unpleasant, the feeling was that everything was control.
The beds are very comfortable and the bathrooms clean, but the proximity to the station sometimes made sleep restless.
There is a lot of choice of rooms and several common spaces, even the terraces outside are nice.
Overall essential experience and nice staff, if I had to address a criticism I would recommend to greatly embellish and improve the kitchen room, a white room type canteen however equipped with tables, microwave, fridge and machines.
