We booked this place specifically for the terrace, but upon arrival, we were told that the room we received wasn’t the one we had booked — even though there was only one room type available. The shower had mold, and the blanket was stained. The toilet from the neighboring room was located right next to our bed’s headboard, and it felt like we were in the bathroom with them due to the lack of sound insulation. Throughout the night, the outside door kept slamming, making it difficult to sleep with the thin walls and constant noise. On a positive note, the host was friendly and helpful.

Owners were friendly and helpful. Limited English. Room and patio were great. Mattress was a bit below average. No desk clerk, call ahead for check in.

Me and my mom stayed 3 nights in this house the lady very helpful throughout and always ready to inquire
I had a little problem and I had to go to the emergency room the lady came with me immediately and then called us a taxi on the way back if I return to Naples return here

Clean and equipped room
Central location for every exit both on foot and by public transport
The lady who hosted us is of an incredible kindness and helpfulness
