Good stay

Building located a stone's throw from the station and the city center, you enter independently and the owner gave us all the info of the case. Everything we planned we found,

Highly recommended!!

We only stayed one night, found it on the internet and booked on the same day because we weren't planning on stopping in Parma. Mr. Vincenzo was very kind, helpful and above all honest: he gave us precise and detailed information and gave us an excellent price. The b&b is very nice, with a large, airy and bright bedroom and bathroom, well equipped and incredibly clean. Nothing is missing in the kitchen, breakfast is plentiful with branded products. Strategic location, in the centre, near the station, very convenient. I recommend it, excellent quality - price ratio. Thank you Mr. Vincenzo!

Tidy and clean B&B

The entrance hall of the building might be scary, but once you enter the B&B you find yourself in an absolutely renovated, tidy and clean room.
Well-stocked breakfast and coffee machine available.
Our room had a private bathroom with shower, TV and mini fridge.
The bed very comfortable.
Despite being close to the train line, it wasn't at all intrusive and we slept great.
The center is close ten minutes walk.

Excellent quality-price. Nothing to add. Excellent room cleaning. Abundant breakfast and really helpful owner, if I were to return to Parma I definitely wouldn't hesitate to book there again

Ottimo

Il proprietario molto gentilmente mi ha accettato fuori orario di check-in. Il prezzo è veramente favorevole, la colazione buona e varia, pulizia della stanza molto ben curata. Netflix+Amazon Prime per gli ospiti. La zona non è bellissima ma in dieci-quindici minuti sei in centro a piedi.
