Kindness of the staff
Appreciated kindness of all staff in reception, especially the Bangladeshi employee. Hotel in a quiet area and well connected to the center given the proximity of bus stop and metro line B. Nearby are typical Roman trattorias.

We had a great time. The location is good. Seeing the photos posted by users, I think that there are renovated rooms and rooms maybe not. Ours was in good condition, the beds very comfortable, the bathroom new. The gentleman at the reception, perhaps the owner, was very kind.

Terrible Hotel
Booked one night for my boyfriend this week. The room was a disaster full of dust and dirty, he suffers from asthma and could hardly breathe. The bed was smaller than single and he couldn't even fit properly in it. The covers he was given were very cheap, dirty and not suitable for the winter months. If he hadn't arrived late at night he would have just walked out but wouldn't have found other accommodation at that time of the night! Definitely do not recommend this hotel even though it's cheap.

So bad!
One of the worst hotels ever,the owner (who also the works there )treated us badly .the bathroom doesn’t meet the minimum requirements of iegene. I was with my family and we regret that i went to this hotel, i don’t recommend it, and i would never get back again
